All the U.S. orders will be shipped via Fedex Standard with a charge of shipping and handling fee based on the package’s weight and dimension. Client will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once the order has been shipped containing the tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
The international order will be shipped via various carriers based on the client’s request and local preference.
Kendall Scientific accepts client’s carrier account to ship the orders with a stocking and handling fee of $29.
Kendall Scientific is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
For any catalog product purchased directly from Kendall Scientific, customers may contact Kendall Scientific for a replacement of the product with an identical or similar product at no charge if the product does not meet the performance standards indicated in our product description. This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only applies to catalog products. To request a replacement, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
